Free technical support is available only for 30 days from the date of formula purchase.
After 30 days, all support will be provided only through paid consultation services.

3. Conditions for Support

Technical support will be provided only when the formula is followed exactly as given.
If any deviations, substitutions, or modifications are made to the formula, technical support will not be provided.

4. Exclusions – What Is Not Covered

No support or guidance will be provided for:
