I am Dr. K. Arun Kumar, a Formulation Performance Architect, chemist, consultant, trainer, and the founder of Banu Formulations. My work sits at the intersection of science, manufacturing, and business outcomes — helping SME manufacturers build stable, high‑performance cleaning and personal care products that meet industry standards and market expectations.

With 12 years of teaching, 7 years of parallel research, and 5 years of industrial laboratory experience, I bring a rare combination of academic depth, hands‑on formulation expertise, and real‑world manufacturing insight.

 

My early career as a Quality Assurance Chemist shaped my obsession with precision, repeatability, and process‑driven product development — principles that continue to guide my consulting work today.

Over the years, I have published 20+ research papers in national and international journals and conferences, including Acta Crystallographica and multiple UGC‑sponsored events. My research contributions span coordination chemistry, antimicrobial studies, nanomaterials, and ligand‑based cobalt complexes, earning first and third prizes for oral presentations in prestigious conferences.
