FAQ
1. If I make pine oil solution using Banu's formulas, will it remain without layer separation?
Cannot give any guarantee for that.
Because for pine oil solution to remain without layer separation, formula alone is not enough. Below reasons should also match.
What concentration of Pine Oil are you using?
What is its quality? (Commercial Grade Or Industrial Grade)
What is the concentration, Purity, quality of other raw materials you are using?
Which Perfume are you using? 
How much Perfume are you using? What is its quality?  
Are you using any thickening material? How much are you using?
The water you are using, is it R.O. water or D.M. water, how much ppm hardness is there in it?
Are you adding 20 parts water with pine oil compound or adding more than that?
It depends on many such reasons.
2. If I want pine oil solution without layer separation, what should I do?
You should not trust the formula, but create your own system and trust that system. Here system means,
You First use any one formula, Make trial batch (one liter) of pine oil solution and observe. Watch it for minimum 15 days to one month. 
If it separates into layers, make some changes in your formula, that is use raw materials little less or more, and again make trial batch (one liter) and see.
When you get satisfaction that it is not separating into layers, then freeze your formula.
This is the system. You should use only this formula.
It may take few weeks or few months to create the system. Once you create the system, you can use it for more than 10 years.
Important note: Once you create the system, you should not change even slightly from it, Whatever Pine oil and other raw materials, perfume, thickening material, preservative, color you used, you should use the same. Whatever quantity you used, you should use the same quantity only. Should not change water dilution anything.
While creating the system, you can change anything, till you get satisfaction. After system is created, should not make any changes in it.
3. Pine oil solution is available at low price in market, will this be low price to that extent?
No.
Pine oil solution is available in market in two types
First type
In this, sufficient amount of Pine Oil will be used.
Because of this, price will be more.
But it will be excellent germicide/disinfectant.
This will not cause any harm to humans using it and to environment.
Second type
In this, Pine oil will be in less quantity or very very less quantity or will not be there. 
Instead of that, they will use some other chemicals to bring dark color.
This will be low price.
If solvent is added in this, Perfume smell will be strong.
But it will not be a good germicide.
Cannot guarantee that this will not cause any harm to humans using it and to environment. Only the manufacturer knows that.
All of Banu's formulas belong to first type.
4. If I make pine oil solution using Banu's formulas, will Perfume smell be strong?
Pine Oil has natural fragrance.
When adding other Perfume, with some Perfumes there is chance for fragrance to increase. With some Perfumes there is also chance for fragrance to decrease.
 You should keep this in mind while creating the system.
